Poem Competition

 I felt relieved before saying my poem to the class because I thought I was saying it to the whole school.

I felt happy after I said my poem to the class because it was super fun. I think I  did an awesome job at reciting my poem because I spoke in a loud voice.

Art

 My favourite step was when we painted the tree.

I love my artwork because the branches are like cacti.

Pursuasive Writing

Wwe are learning to write a piece of persuasive writing to try and convince the reader our opion. I can come up with reasons why you should buy this broken toy. 

It was easy beacause I tried my best.

 

Nga Tae

We are learning to commnicate about phsical characteristics in Te Reo Maori. I can identify same Maori colours. I enjoyed learning  about Maori colours because it felt magical.

Feelings Art

This team we have been learning all about emotions. We watched the movie inside out. We did some artwork about feelings and characters from the movie. I love my artwork because it is colourful.

Instruction writing

  I was learning to write instructions. I can write my instructions in the right order. I can use a variety of verbs in my instruction. I like my monster soup recipe because it's yuck.

Sea Week Art

I was learning to blend colours using paint. My favourite part of doing this artwork was painting the background. I love this artwork because of the cool colours we used. 

Swimming

 My favourite part of our swimming lesson is free time. I find it tricky to run in the water. I love swimming because I know how to dive.
